These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and all purchases made through Flyshitbyher.

1. CURATED PRODUCTS & SOURCING MODEL

Flyshitbyher operates on a curated sourcing model.

Flyshitbyher acts as a curator and sourcing intermediary for selected products and experiences. Certain products are fulfilled through authorised boutiques, approved suppliers or specialist sourcing partners.

Products may be:

  • sourced on demand after purchase;
  • made-to-order;
  • curated through authorised luxury boutiques;
  • or released as part of limited availability collections.

Availability is subject to confirmation at the time sourcing begins.

2. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation.

Flyshitbyher reserves the right to:

  • accept or refuse any order;
  • cancel an order where fulfilment is no longer possible;
  • adjust fulfilment timelines where necessary;
  • request additional information before processing.

Orders are not considered confirmed until accepted by Flyshitbyher.

3. CUSTOMISATION

Certain products may include optional or required customisation including, but not limited to:

  • engraving;
  • sizing confirmation;
  • personalised text;
  • bespoke requests.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring all submitted information is accurate.

Where no personalisation instructions are supplied, products will be processed in their standard configuration where applicable.

4. PERSONALISED & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

All personalised, engraved, customised and made-to-order items are final sale.

Once sourcing, production or fulfilment has commenced, these orders:

  • cannot be cancelled;
  • cannot be exchanged;
  • cannot be refunded.

This includes all customised Vault items.

5. COMMUNICATION

By placing an order, you consent to being contacted by Flyshitbyher through:

  • email;
  • WhatsApp (where provided);
  • or other reasonable communication channels.

Communication may include:

  • fulfilment updates;
  • delivery coordination;
  • order verification;
  • customer support.

6. DELIVERY & FULFILMENT

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Fulfilment timelines may vary depending on:

  • sourcing;
  • supplier availability;
  • customisation;
  • production schedules;
  • international logistics.

Tracking information will be provided where available.

7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other government charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

Flyshitbyher is not responsible for delays resulting from customs inspections, import procedures or local regulations.

8. PRODUCT PRESENTATION

Products supplied through different authorised boutiques or approved sourcing partners may include minor variations in:

  • packaging;
  • documentation;
  • presentation;
  • regional accessories.

Such variations do not affect the authenticity or quality of the product.

9. PRICING

Prices reflect product curation, sourcing, fulfilment coordination and the Flyshitbyher purchasing experience.

Prices may change without prior notice.

Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted.

10. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

In summary:

  • orders cannot be cancelled once sourcing or fulfilment has commenced;
  • customised or personalised products are non-refundable;
  • approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.

11. LIABILITY

Flyshitbyher shall not be liable for:

  • delays caused by suppliers, boutiques or logistics providers;
  • incorrect information supplied by the customer;
  • customs delays;
  • misuse of products following delivery;
  • indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of products purchased through this store.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

Flyshitbyher shall not be responsible for delays or failure to fulfil obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These circumstances include, but are not limited to:

  • natural disasters;
  • government restrictions;
  • customs delays;
  • strikes;
  • transportation disruptions;
  • supplier interruptions;
  • pandemics;
  • acts of war;
  • civil unrest.

Fulfilment timelines may be extended accordingly.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content displayed on this website remains the exclusive intellectual property of Flyshitbyher.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • branding;
  • logos;
  • product photography;
  • editorial content;
  • written doctrine;
  • creative direction;
  • collection concepts;
  • digital experiences;
  • product curation methods.

The names Flyshitbyher, The Underworld, Underworld Access, Anchor Collection, and all associated collection names and branding are proprietary brand identifiers and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used without prior written permission.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Flyshitbyher operates, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

15. AGREEMENT

By completing a purchase through this website, you confirm that:

  • you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions;
  • you agree to be legally bound by them;
  • you understand the curated sourcing model used by Flyshitbyher;
  • you accept the fulfilment processes described throughout this website.
