RETURN & REFUND POLICY
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Flyshitbyher.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
Certain products are fulfilled directly through authorised luxury boutiques or approved sourcing partners. Original brand packaging, documentation and presentation may vary by product and region.
1. CURATED & SOURCED PRODUCTS
f1yshitbyher operates on a curated sourcing model.
Products may be:
- Curated through authorised luxury boutiques
- Sourced after purchase
- Made to order
- Released in limited quantities
As many items are secured specifically for each client, returns and cancellations are strictly limited.
2. ALL SALES
Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect preference
- Delayed personal decisions
- Failure to read the product description
Please review all product information carefully before completing your purchase.
3. MADE-TO-ORDER, PERSONALISED & CURATED LUXURY ITEMS
The following items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable:
- Personalised products
- Engraved luxury items
- Made-to-order items
- Curated luxury purchases sourced specifically for you
- Size-confirmed products
- Limited Vault releases
Once sourcing or production has begun, these orders cannot be cancelled.
4. SIZING RESPONSIBILITY
Clients are solely responsible for confirming all sizing before purchase.
Flyshitbyher cannot accept responsibility for incorrect sizes supplied by the customer.
Please ensure all measurements have been verified prior to placing your order.
5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Your request must include:
- Order number
- Clear photographs of the item
- Photographs of the packaging
- A description of the issue
Eligible claims will be reviewed individually.
Where appropriate, we may offer:
- A replacement
- A repair (where applicable)
- Store credit
- A refund
at our sole discretion.
6. CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be cancelled before sourcing or fulfilment has commenced.
Once an order has entered sourcing, production or preparation, cancellation is no longer possible.
7. SHIPPING
Shipping fees, duties and taxes are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Where an approved return is accepted, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return results from our error.
8. REFUNDS
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Please allow processing time depending on your payment provider.
